Order Preparation Times
We aim to dispatch every order received before 5pm as same day dispatch.
Orders received after 5pm will be dispatched next business day.
Please allow us an extra 24hrs at peak times.
Orders received on weekends will be dispatched Monday.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Change of Mind
We will accept Change of Mind returns on the following basis:
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and the return is received within 14 days;
- The item is returned in new condition and not used. Once an item has been opened and played with we are unable to refund due to health and safety;
- The item is not damaged in any way.
- Change of mind refunds will have the full cost of shipping above the flat rate subtracted from the refund amount
- The customer is responsible for shipping the returned item to us
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item for another size/colour etc, we can accomodate you. The customer is responsible for shipping the purchased item back to us, and will be invoiced full cost of new item postage before shipment of the replacement item.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
Returns
If your return is due to a manufacturing fault or packing error, we will send you a postage paid satchel to return the item to us. Once received and inspected, we will replace the item or refund you the full cost of the item and postage, subject to availability.
